Better screening controls on child phone

Considering the dangers of sexting, it would be nice if parents had the ability to control whether their child’s phone could send “sensitive” photos at all! I think it’s great that there is an option asking my kid if they feel safe or if they want to get an adult…but not really helping stop the problem.

I believe if the child is under 18 it shouldn’t even ask if your sure you want to view it. Why is it that they ask and allow anyway? Apple asks if the child is sure if they want to view the content even if it is u safe. It show not even ask that it should just stop it right away. Under the age of 18 it would be considered inappropriate for children under 18 If apple can detect bad photos and it knows the child’s age than it should not allow it at all. It should automatically inform the parent. It asks the parent to allow more time why can’t it inform the parent of nude or bad photos

Communication Safety Why would we allow a child to make the decision on if they want to see the blocked image? This needs to be sent to the parent device and they determine via approval/denial if their child is permitted to see the image. This feature is useless unless the following is added as rules. 1. Notifications sent to parent device that an inappropriate image was sent to your child devices and indicate where it was sent from. 2. You child has either denied to see the image or has requested to see the image. 2a. If your child request to see the image, the parents are the only ones who should approve not the child. 3. Why would any child at any point be told it’s part of a “safe choice” to view an image of an unclothed person of any age.
