My old iPhone was switched off so now when I turn it on, its asking for passcode, and I forgot that passcode. I have the iCloud details associated with that phone. Everywhere I have searched, it shows I have to reset the phone but I have very important documents in that phone that I cannot lose. But is there anyone that could help me unlock the passcode using iCloud credentials associated in that phone, any tech support at apple or anyone.
