strange display of the application in the item: battery

after updating to mac OS 13.5.2 in the battery item, all applications with high power consumption are displayed as .app. For example: tv.app, safari.app and so on. should it be like this?

Battery drain from random app On 4 occasions I have had a random app drain the battery although the app is not in use. This seems random. Apps involved: Safari, Weather, most recently Clips. I have -never- used Clips and rarely used Weather. 'Background refresh' was turned off for these apps. I have now deleted Weather and Clips. But, it's not clear whether the problem is with the specific (APPLE!) apps or a system issue. Always latest software. Ideas?

Check to see whether you have enabled showing file extensions within the Finder:

Show or hide filename extensions on Mac - Apple Support
