I would like to know, if i have ios 17 beta and official version is released, should i downgrade first before updating to official release? Or i can just update it over the beta

You shouldn’t downgrade, because you then would not be able to restore a backup made with iOS 17. But after iOS 17 goes GA, you can turn off the Beta updates in Settings/General/Software Updates and you will then get the released updates going forward.
