"You cant sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons". this is the pop up error message on my iMac. and if I try to click reset passwords, then comes another pop up error message that says, " this Apple ID is not active"
im trying to manage my Apple ID on my iMac. but I can't get any further due to the Apple ID that I used is disabled. (im still signed into this Apple ID) and ask to enter my password it doesn't work either because its been disabled. how can I manage my Apple ID on my iMac so that I can log in my proper Apple ID. thank you
