I updated my phone Thursday night the 14th of September. The next day when I was driving, I noticed my Apple Music subscription was no longer there. It keeps prompting me to subscribe again but I was just charged the end of last month. How do I get it back?

Are you signed into the same Apple ID that you use with your Apple Music subscription? To check, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases.
We also recommend double checking that your subscription is active in Settings > [Your Name] Subscriptions.
Try a restart: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support and make sure your iPhone is connected to cellular or Wi-Fi.

Hi, thank you for your response. I’m am still signed in under my account using my one user ID. I’ve also checked my subscriptions and it is not there even thought I was charged for it the end of last month. I’ve tried resetting my phone and still nothing. I know other people with the same issue. After the update their subscription went away.
why did update 16.6.1 take away my apple music subscription?
