Unfortunately there is no clean way to sort columns, like you can do it with rows.
If you have only a few columns you could do it manually, by moving the columns.

Here is an automated way that will work as long as your table contains data.
Some formulas don't work right after you sorted rows / columns, therefore you have to be careful and check the results.
Here my simple starting point.
Please ensure that there are no frozen header columns on the left.
Now go in the top menu and select "Table / Transpose Rows and Columns" that is in the lower section of this menu
This will flip columns and rows.
Result will look like this
Now use sort the rows to get them in the right order
Now go back in the top menu and select "Table / Transpose Rows and Columns".
This will flip columns and rows again, to their original condition.
Now your columns are sorted.
I know this is not a good solution, but it is the only "automated" solution that I know.
Maybe somebody has a better way to do this.
