What if I am in different country ?
I am pursuing an MS from University of Arizona, US and came back on Holdiay to India. Has there been some way through which I can buy it from India?

I am studying in the US and came home on Holiday that is India. Now I am trying to buy a laptop from my student account through online apple website, but I am facing challenges. Once I select get verified by UniDays, It automatically takes me to a US account. I tried selecting the Indian account, but it's not possible it seems. Could you please look into this or give me some alternative approach?

I have no idea what is this "UniDays"....
third party has nothing to do with Apple(?)
If in doubt refer to the developers website; Support/Help/FAQ/known issues/compatibility /updates/uninstall:

for Apple see if this is it—
Back to School: Education Discount - Education - Apple (IN)
At the bottom of any page—> change the region(?)
ref: Choose your country or region - Apple

Please go through the below image.. This is an apple official website if you agree on that. Post selection Get Verified with UNiDAYS it's navigating to another page of apple website which is by default selected as US and when I try to change the country, it again navigates to an Apple Home page -> Apple (India) (Please try to tap on that and check once, it does navigates to the home page). I just want clarification on How to order apple products with the verified Student account. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
After verifying student account again navigates to US account, check price, it's in dollars and have only US address.

Then it is not available to you, for your region.
Sir, I do understand that you don't want to put some effort on this but I really need that. So, Please ask your supervisor or talk to someone who can give answers because it's available just you and I don't know about that.
Because we do have an official website stating all information and because of website glitch I am unable to process.
And try to understand India is the one of the largest consumer of iPhones and apple products, and it's not possible that they don't have that.
