How can I change the settings for screen recording?
I want to do a 3-hour screen recording on my Mac, but I had just made some settings, so the screen recording is currently in 4K. I want to change it to 480p. How can I change the settings?

You can export a recording by using the File > Export As function in the QuickTime app, and you should be able to select different formats there. See this link for details: Export movies to other file formats and resolutions using QuickTime Player on Mac - Apple Support
Alternatively you can browse the App Store for a third-party option that suits your needs.
