Doesn't receive any notifications from apps

My phone doesn't receive any notifications from all apps. Messages are okay, but all other apps are not. It starts from the update iOS 16.6.1. I don't know how to fix this issue

Notifications problem No longer receive notifications on apps that I set up to receive them except iMessage.
