How do i uninstall aliexpress, its in my activity on my phone but i dont have the app, never have, nor have I ever been shopping on it. How to fix?

It’s not. If you haven’t downloaded the app, there is nothing to install. You can swipe through your screens to the right and search on the page for the app. If you find it, you can uninstall it. Otherwise, there is nothing to do.
You either have the app installed on your device. Or it's a website that has been accessed. If the app is installed it will appear in your App Library (scroll all the way to the right). Otherwise, there is nothing to do.
If it is not installed, there is nothing to uninstall.
If its not installed then how is the app using itself? Thats what I want to fix.
It says i have never installed it, but it is using my screen time and says i am using it. This is what i want to fix. How, if you dont know then stop why comment?
