When you first connect a MagSafe power adapter to a compatible computer, the adapter light glows green for about a second to indicate that power is available. After that, the adapter light glows green or amber.

If a steady amber light means the battery is being charged, why does it not change to green after several days? My light was green for a few days after I purchased the new computer, but now it has been amber continuously for a couple of weeks. What does this mean? Do I have a bad battery?
Just figured it out. Thanks for all the support.
