The Location Services Issue was fixed in Ventura 13.5.1

There has since that time another update bringing Ventura to version 13.5.2

Do you mean that Location Services cannot locate your Mac?

That is normally because there are no Wi-Fi access points around you that Apple knows the location. macOS triangulates its position from the signals from Wi-Fi access points around it. If none of the ones around you are in Apple’s position database, it can’t locate itself.

Does it work in other locations?
