Bought an ipad online and apple overcharged me

If you bought it direct from Apple you'll have an email with a Web Order reference and a phone number for Customer Services whereever you live. Call the number and make sure you've got the Web Order reference. I had a similar problem recently with an invoice and a call to support fixed it immediately.

Did you respond through the email notification? If so, that tends to be problematic.


It's also possible that the original post was removed but, in the course of doing the edit, your post got left behind.
