I know i can transfer files from my old iPhone to a new iPhone from the cloud. But, some items, such as Notes and Files are stored ONLY on the old iPhone. How can I transfer these?

Thank you. I found this information. But, I still have a question. What if the information on the cloud is not complete, and the phone is missing things that are in the cloud, is there anyway to make sure you get both? What I would like is to combine the two and ignore duplicates. If I transfer directly from the old phone, what about the pictures that are in the cloud but not on the phone. I want to combine the two and delete the intersection from one. I am not sure how the two work together, so Im not even sure that is a problem. Thx again
