What am I supposed to do if it says unknown part in settings?
It’s says unknown part and my screen keeps moving by itself and glitching what am I supposed to do?

Did you have the phone replaced, or is this the original screen that came with the phone?
If you had the screen replaced, the shop.....not authorized by Apple.....installed the wrong part. You'll have to see if the shop can fix things, because Apple will not touch the phone now because of tampering.
If the phone has its original screen, the screen is defective and will need to be replaced at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop.
