Plantonics Bluetooth

I have a new iPhone 13 and I can’t get my plantonics voyager legend to pair. Does anyone else having issues with this? Does anyone know how to fix it?

iPhone XR, iOS 16

See this support article:--> If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone or iPad , and, if the issue persists, contact your Plantronics support team and explain your problem, checking also if firmware updates are available for your model.

Have you checked how to put them in pairing mode, per the manufacturers directions?
