up to date the mac version

Hi,

I use macbook retina 12" early 2015 . now it's version is macOS catalina version 10.15.7 . can i updata it's version macOS monterey 12 ?

If i could not download this version , which version i can use or updata for my mac.

You can upgrade it to Big Sur or earlier but no later than that. See the following from Identify your MacBook model - Apple Support
