The iPhone X can record a video in 60 FPS:

4K video recording at 24 fps, 30 fps, or 60 fps
1080p HD video recording at 30 fps or 60 fps

Open Settings ➡️ Camera ➡️ Record Video: Here, you can select the appropriate resolution and the 60FPS that you like.
