Apple Replay not Updating

I have had Apple Music for about a year and replay used to work fine as usual. However, when I had moved to the United States from South Korea, my replay stopped updating. I have "Use Listening History" on and all the correct settings. What can I do to fix this?

Hi there moomoomage,

To confirm, do you see a progress bar that is referenced below on the Replay site? If yes, then you may need to play more music in the Apple Music app after switching to a different country/region before you see Replay again.

If you don't see Replay
You might need to play more music. Look for a progress bar on the Replay site to see how much music you need to listen to. As soon as you've played enough music, you'll get a notification that your Replay is ready.

This information is from this article: How to get your Apple Music Replay - Apple Support If you don't see the progress bar, then you can see if restarting your device may help with refreshing the software and Music app, which could resolve this. If needed, the steps below show how:

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears. The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Those steps, and steps for restarting earlier iPhone models, can be found here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Take care.
