I am trying to download something I have to put in mine information of my credit card and I do put it in, but it says the year doesn’t work so I need help with this

I am trying to download something and it says to put in my information of my credit card and I do put in it but every time I put the year it doesn’t work and says the year has to be between 2023-2035 and my information is like my credit card expires in

8/28 end it doesn’t work, so can somebody please help me because I can’t download nothing. I’m trying download Temu and it says to put in my Apple ID password and I do and then it says put in your credit card information. I do all of that and it says the date is wrong when it’s literally right so please help me.
