so i bought an apple watch maybe a year or so ago and i dont have the phone that it was paired to and i no longer remember the apple watch passcode how do I reset the whole thing or go about the Situation

If you forgot your Apple Watch passcode - Apple Support

Then:

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
