I have two IPX7 Waterproof Wireless speakers and want to connect both to same iPhone better/louder sound.

Unless they were designed to be used as a pair with a bluetooth source, you don't. Not simultaneously.

The advertisement for the speakers say TWS Pairing for Outdoor Use. Doesn’t that mean that I should be able to connect the two speakers
