NFL+ App Crashing Constantly

Streaming NFL Redzone via NFL+ app on Apple TV and it crashes or kicks you out of the app every hour. It doesn’t prompt me to re-login, just have to relaunch the app, but it’s super annoying. It not consistently every hour - sometimes it’s after 20 minutes, sometimes it’s after 45 minutes, but it’s yet to stream for over 60 minutes without crashing. Any idea what’s happening? Or anyone also experiencing this?

Hi k_russ,

It's likely that this is an issue with the NFL+ app instead of the Apple TV.

Restart your Apple TV
If issues persist, contact the NFL+ app developers: https://support.nfl.com/hc/en-us
