Getting a Mac form Flipcart:
I'm not so certain what you mean by safe? But, if you cannot get into it, then just return it. For note, when purchasing expensive Apple Products, I purchase them from Apple, and none other, as a way to avoid scams and such.
I am not familiar with "flipcart" but it sounds as though you are purchasing a used Mac. Please read the following:
The All Too Common SAD Reality of Buying a Used iPad/iPhone - Apple Community
Even though it describes iPhones and iPads, nearly all of it is equally applicable to Macs.
The seller must comply with Apple's instructions, here: What to do before you sell, give away, trade in, or recycle your Mac - Apple Support. Those instructions are not optional. They must be complied with. There are legitimate sellers of used Macs who actually follow them, but they are very rare.
I wouldn't even considerate it. Saving a little money is just not worth the risk to me.

It appears to be an online shopping site headquartered in India. The Wikipedia article mentions that Flipkart has a marketplace called Shopsy, which sounds an awful lot like a social media version of eBay or Amazon Marketplace.
