Specifically, what "dialogue" are you attempting to suppress?

The tags appended to your post suggest that you have an iPad2 with iOS9 installed. The iPad2 is a long-ago obsolete 32-bit device; be aware that all 32-bit Apps have been retired and withdrawn from the Apple App Store.
