Today I had my iPhone 13 Pro connected to a powerbank. i was in a car and trying to listen to a YouTube video via the speaker. I put it u to my eat and I felt a zap and sudden pain deep in my ear. Even hours later, it can still feel tender. It reminds me of the feeling when a plane is landing and my ears feel a bit stopped up and sometimes I feel like an icepick is stabbing my eat "Barotrauma."

24 hours later and my ear is still sensitive.
I saw a case where a kids eardrum was ruptured with the amber alerts via Airpods.

SravanKrA, I see you are a top answerer in these Apple Forums, but I feel you are posting quantity vs quality answers. You answers on two of my questions have nothing to do with the problem. This is an abuse of the system to get listed as top answerer.
Update, it's been a few days and I feel like I lost hearing in the left ear do to it.
I've been protecting the ear with earmuffs and an earplug to stop pain from everyday sounds and allow it to heal.
Now I can go for the most part without the protection, except in loud places, but my hearing seems a bit less on the left side now.
I saw a thread with others getting hearing damage from the iPhone speaker phone, this should be addressed.
With all due respect, I feel the speaker on the iPhone sent a painful jolt to my ear that I still feel hours later. What does YouTube have to do with any of this, that secondary.
