Books app in Ventura keeps crashing

On my MacBook Air M2 running Ventura 13.4.1 when I load "books" app I get a force quit box with the message "Application has run out of system memory". I do not have many apps open at the time and this may be connected to a particular book I downloaded? Unsure since I have not used "books" before.

1 - With the Books Application Closed Completely.

Hold the SHIFT key and keeping holding and try to launch the application

This is a Safe Launch of only the Application

3 - Use the Activity Monitor application and make sure to use View >> View All Processes 

What process or processes are using the Most CPU  and Memory.

Often times - the issue maybe not a individual process but a combination of Processes

Also, when the computer is using so much Memory - it can be a indicator of a Lack Of Empty Spaces on the Drive.

It is generally a good computer practice to alway keep at least 15% to 20% of the Total Drive Capacity’s as Empty Space.

Allowing the computer to drop below these guidelines may eventually, cause unintended consequences.

In which case, the CPU and Memory usage would become Much More because it is searching for Empty Space to save all the Changes the user is performing.

Also, depending on the number of  Open Tabs in your Browser, they can also affect Memory Usage.
