Make a shortcut to change screentime limits?

I finally found a perfect use for a Shortcut, but I need help making it work.

Sometimes I want to temporarily disable scheduled downtime for my kids. (E.g., tonight is a special night, and they get extra time.) Or I want to temporarily activate downtime for my kids. (E.g., put down the ***** iPad get off the ***** couch.)

How can I make these two shortcuts:

  1. Disable downtime for multiple accounts
  2. Activate downtime for multiple accounts

Bonus round:

Don't just do it for iOS -- do it for Playstation.com ,Microsoft Family, and the home wifi router at the same time.
