Apple id greyed out

My apple id is greyed out and my mails are not showing

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

This is most of the time due to screen time restrictions. Please go to settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions and turn restrictions off to see if your Apple ID settings are still greyed out.
