Can I change my Final Cut Pro X into a business bundle?

I recently purchased Final Cut Pro with the intention of buying it for my business so that my business partner can also use the software on her laptop.

I was aware that the business bundle allows up to 3 individual apple ID's with the purchase so believed this to work for our business. When I went to purchase Final Cut Pro I have accidentally purchased it on my personal apple ID as this is the ID I'm logged into on my app store. Is there a way of upgrading to a business bundle so that my business partner can use the software? Ideally I'd also transfer the apple ID login to my work email but from what i've read this isn't possible?

I have littler use for Final Cut Pro if i'm unable to use it within my business so any help would be very much appreciated!

You'll have to purchase a new business license, which start at 20 seats minimum. Apple won't "transfer" your end user license for a business one normally, but if you contact them, they may give you credit and work with you.
