How can I get back deleted contacts
I hit delete all contacts by accident. Now I have no contacts on my phone or my gmail account

If you synch them with iCloud then go to iCloud on the web (icloud.com) and log in with your Apple ID. At the bottom of the web page is a link for "Data Recovery". Click this and if there are any recoverable contacts there will be a Contacts tile. Be sure to check the instructions - this isn't a contact-by-contact recover; if there are recoverable contacts they will be in the form of an archive with a date.
GMail might have a similar function, but I don't use it so if the above doesn't help you should check GMail help.
