Double charges to for Apple Music

i am being charged double for my Apple Music and I don’t understand why. I am in Ghana and the amount of 3.29 dollars converted to Ghanaian currency is supposed to be around 38 Ghana Cedis but it’s double that amount. See photo for further explanation. Please do something about it for me

Please help, ITunes keep taking 9.99 dollar from me for unknown reason I don't know when it started, but each month, I keep seeing a bank bill I paid 9.99 dollars to the iTunes store for unknown reasons. Unexpected 6990 tenge charge after Apple Music payment I am from Kazakhstan. My payment for Apple Music student subscription is 799 tenge per month, it was withdrawn on 7th September at 02:31 a.m from Halyk Bank. On 10th September at 4:52p.m 6990 tenge was withdrawn from there. Why did it happen? Which payment is it? I did not purchase any icloud or itunes store object. I need to have my money back.
