I need help finding my iPhone. It says my phone is offline, but it is still ringing through to voicemail.

That doesn't mean your phone is online. Calls will ring through to voicemail as long as your account with your cellular carrier remains active. Even if the phone gets run over by a truck and smashed to bits, your calls will still go to voicemail.
