There are a few things you can try to fix the "no usable data found" message when scanning a QR code on your iPhone 14:

  1. Restart your iPhone. This can often fix minor software glitches.
  2. Make sure that your iPhone's camera is clean and focused on the QR code. If the QR code is blurry or out of focus, your iPhone may not be able to scan it correctly.
  3. Try scanning the QR code in different lighting conditions. If you're in direct sunlight, try moving to a shaded area. If you're in a dark room, try turning on a light.
  4. Update your iPhone's operating system. Apple sometimes releases software updates that fix known bugs with the camera or QR code scanner.

If you've tried all of the above and you're still getting the "no usable data found" message, then it's possible that the QR code is damaged or invalid. In this case, you'll need to contact the person or organization that created the QR code and ask them for a new one.

Here are some additional tips for scanning QR codes:

  • Make sure that the QR code is fully visible and isn't blocked by anything.
  • Hold your iPhone at a distance of about 6-12 inches from the QR code.
  • Keep your iPhone steady while you're scanning the QR code.
  • If the QR code is small, try zooming in on it with your iPhone's camera.

If you're still having trouble scanning QR codes after following these tips, then you may need to contact Apple Support for further assistance.
