Bluetooth headphones silent on Mac

My Mac appears connected to my headphones, but they remain silent. They are connected and set up as the output. I tested my headphones with my phone and with my mac via cable and they work normally. Already turned BT on and off, as well as the headphones. I also tried "Forget this device" and I tested with someone else's headphones of the same model and the same problem keeps showing up. Any Help?

Update: Headphones seem to work when the primary output stream format is set to 1 ch 16-bit in, but when it is set to 32 bit, primary is set at the lowest level automatically.

Here Audio works, but audio is really bad (mic on configuration)

Here I can't listen a thing

I also tried connecting the computer to an 3rd Gen Echo Dot, and it seemed to work just fine.
