Problem since July 2023.

iMac 27" 2021 Nov (just 1.5 years after purchase)

It suddenly shut down / restart / cannot startup iMac

Apple Store genius bar helped to change "Power supply unit" and "Mother board" as well. The problem still exist. Temperature / hard-disc? Anybody knows about the problem?

Hold down the power button for 15 seconds and it will likely start up. If there is still a problem call AppleCare for assistance.
