hi guys, the last week I upgraded my iPhone 13 mini from ios 16.6.1 to ios17 beta. Today is iOs17 release date and i want to ask you if i have to unistall the beta ios17 to download the original ios17 or i don't have to do nothing

You have to un-enroll from the Beta. We cannot help you with Beta issues, beyond posting the link to un-enroll.
Once un-enrolled, you must wait for the newer version to be released that can replace the Beta. Last week's beta release was the Gold Master and is virtually identical to the regular release.
