Generally, no. If using Apple Pay online, a few websites/merchants permit a split transaction. Please look for sites that when you go to checkout, you see a box that allows you to select split transaction, multiple payments etc. Then select Apple Pay and then try to complete the the transaction. Again, most sites don’t permit split payments and Apple Pay.
