Apple Music

I have an iPhone 11 and it’s up to date with updates. My music has also been paid for. All of a sudden my Apple Music stopped adding songs to my playlists, it’s been a week and I’ve been all over the internet to find a solution. I tried deleting my downloads but whenever I do the app freezes, reloads or just doesn’t work. Whether I delete them on Apple Music or settings. I can still listen to music but it stops at specific songs. What can I do to fix it?
