Waze CarPlay no Average Speed Check Zone

On the mobile app of Waze, there is an Average Speed Checkzone indicator showing the length of the checkzone, but on CarPlay it doesn’t exist.

This seems to be a limitation by CarPlay..Waze can only use the templates that they provide.

Please add this possibility to the CarPlay template.

Waze and car play Up until a few months ago on car play Waze would display a distance countdown to any speed cameras, but now all of a sudden the visual has changed and just says speed camera with no countdown. It’s happened in a friends car on her iPhone and car play too. However if I use Waze without CarPlay it’s the traditional display with proper distance countdown. It appears then to be a CarPlay not Waze issue but any help gratefully received pls

Waze slows down CarPlay Whenever I open Waze with CarPlay the gps location is off. It’s delayed by about 1000 ft. And when I exit Waze to the Home Screen or another page it takes about 30 seconds or more. But when I use Apple Maps I don’t have this problem.
