Preferences in iTune

I can't find Settings or Preferences or any way to change the background color from bright white to a more muted color or even Dark Mode.

Windows 11, iTunes version 12.12.10.1

Can't put itunes 12 13 4 4 on dark mode It seems itunes has updated or something and it's blinding me. I can't put the main store page in dark mode anymore. There is no appearances in the General preferences tab anymore. I can't find a way to make it dark. Also I have dark mode on my windows but it's not affecting itunes now. It just changed. Can anyone help?

iTunes for Windows - Bottom Scrollbar not Visible while in My Device view I purchased a new Lenovo laptop in October of last year, and installed iTunes for Windows on it. Since then, when in My Device view in iTunes, the bottom/horizontal scroll bar is not visible. I did as suggested by several other sites to go into Windows Settings > Display and make sure scroll bars visible at all times was turned on, but this does not solve the problem. This is very inconvenient as I cannot sort content by various columns when creating playlists or other tasks on my phone or other devices. I attached some screen shots to help explain my problem.

Such a preference does not exist. Use Feedback - iTunes - Apple to suggest it.
