iOS 17 update, “Download and Install” option is greyed out on my iPhone 14

I have cross-checked every possible issue that can hinder the update like:

  1. Storage
  2. Network
  3. Battery

I haven’t encountered any issues on this as I am having adequate storage (60 GB), stable network (connected to 5G) and battery (above 90%) and yet the option is greyed out.
