Getting a commercial license for Times New Roman

Hi.

I have written a Book using Times New Roman in 10.5 and 13.

I understand that, before embedding this font into the pdf file that I have to send to the printers, I have to make sure to have a commercial license (the book, of course, is intended to make profit).

How do I get this? I understand that the font is part of the mac Package of fonts. This is why I am writing here.
