Unauthorized Face ID

I have an iPhone XR. I received a text from 611611 that reads: Total by Verizon Security Alert: A Face ID or Fingerprint ID has been enabled/disabled for access to your account. If this was you, no problem! If you did not make this change, please login to your account to verify your information for unauthorized changes.

It was sent at 9:56PM when I was asleep. I asked everyone in my house if they added but they all said no.

Is there a way to view the pictures of the person that added? Also, this version of the phone does not have a fingerprint ID. It's unlocked either by a passcode or a face ID.
