Not Getting email updates on Community Support

After asking a question for Community Support, I find that I am not receiving answers. The odd thing is, in my Profile I cannot find in my email address. Maybe that's the problem. How do I make sure it is properly entered? It does not show in my Profile

Let's run through a few things to check.

1) Apple ID: As an Apple ID used to sign in here is an email address for the majority of users worldwide, forum emails go to your Apple ID address. That is why you do not see and email field.

If you Apple ID is not your primary email address, you need to check mail going to your Apple ID address. To see what addresses show in your Apple ID, log into appleid.Apple.com and see what email addresses show there.

2) Check your Mail client to see if Apple.com messages are going to the Junk folder.

3) Click your avatar in the upper right of this page and select "Preferences." When that page loads, select "Edit Profile and Preferences" from the right side of the page. Scroll to "Message from Apple." Check what you want, but understand that checking them all will get you a flood fo emails if your browse here a lot.

Here's how mine are checked and I do not get flooded:
