Unable to Access iCloud and Email Services after iOS 17 Update
Hello Apple Community,
I recently updated my devices to iOS 17 and since then, I have been experiencing a series of issues that have hindered my ability to access iCloud and my custom email accounts on both my iPhone and Mac. I'd appreciate any help or guidance to resolve these issues. Here's a detailed description of the problems I'm facing:
- Email Access Issue:
- I am unable to access my custom email accounts from both my iPhone and Mac.
- My devices have stopped receiving new emails since the upgrade.
- iCloud Website Access Issue:
- I cannot access the iCloud website (icloud.com) on any browser.
- I encounter the following error message: "iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server."
- iCloud Sign-out and Sign-in Issues on Mac:
- I attempted to sign out and sign back into iCloud on my Mac.
- After signing in successfully, I receive a message stating "Can't access iCloud data."
- When I click on the "Verify Security Settings" button, a login pop-up appears, but nothing happens after I enter my password.
- iCloud Sign-out and Sign-in Issues on iPhone:
- I tried to sign out of iCloud on my iPhone, but the sign-out button is unresponsive.
- I have restarted my phone and reset the network settings, but this hasn't resolved the issue.
I would be grateful for any assistance or suggestions on how to troubleshoot these issues. I am keen to resolve this as soon as possible to regain access to my emails and iCloud data.
Thanks!
