When I input a signature, it disappears the next time I open the Mail application. I've already tried recommendations from other threads, such as turning off the iCloud email before entering the signature. Signatures have not saved for my iCloud email, nor my work email account

Then suggest following the instructions from Apple on adding a signature in Ventura 13.5.2 Mail Application

All Signatures, iCloud, and my work email...the result is still the same here.
Whether I add 1 or more signatures, whether I have those signatures on either or both of my email accounts,
all accounts show zero signatures upon relaunch of Apple Mail on an M1 Pro with a clean, factory install of all non-rosetta/non-Intel core programs.
I can speak only to Text Based Signatures and to iCloud e-mail account.
I have 2 signatures in the ALL Signatures Category
The second signature was created to Test this issue you are experiencing
As you may notice in the iCloud Category - there is only 1 signature
I have closed Apple Mail completely and reopened it again before posting this reply
No Changes still 2 signatures in the ALL category and 1 in iCloud
To get the Second Signature in iCloud - I drag that signature to the iCloud and presto all good.
First boot in recovery mode and use the Recovery mode Disk Utility to repair permissions then boot back in your regular account! Then find replace-accent for big Intel only programs with more Universal or pure Silicon versions!

I will not reveal my True Signatures as they contain Private and Personal info which is not permitted on these Forums
Rebooted in recovery mode. Ran disc utility. Everything comes back clean with a green checkmark.
This is an M1 Pro, with a factory installation of the system, and native Mail program for Apple silicon
Your picture shows one sided only and on is saved in iCloud too!
It mean in YOUR picture it shows one signature saved in iCloud and other is saved only local on YOUR hard drive ONLY!
