will iphone 15 new charging cable work in my honda's usb port?
or can i use my old lightening cable in the car without damage to phone. I have a MagSafe apple charger I use in the house.

The iPhone 15 does not have a Lightning port. Instead it uses a USB-C type port. Most likely, your Honda is equipped with a USB-A port. As such, you will need a USB-A to USB-C adapter for this purpose.
