What to upgrade from Catalina to Ventura on 2017 iMac
I presently use Catalina, but want to upgrade to Ventura. The "Software Update" wheel spins endlessly with "Checking for updates..." Any hints?
iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 10.15

did you try from a Safe Boot mode—
